Returns Policy
If an item is faulty through no fault of your own, you are legally entitled to a refund once the product has been returned. To request a refund, please email us with your purchase information and a description of the fault. You may request either a full refund or a replacement.
How to Return a Purchase
If a product is faulty, you may request a return by emailing us at contact@frontflip.co.uk. Please use the subject line "Returns". Be sure to include the purchase ID and a description of the product defect.
Once your return request has been processed and accepted - typically within one to two working days - the relevant item(s) must be returned.
A return may also be made through eBay; this will not allow you to be connected to our team for compensation or replacements and may leed to a denied return.
You are able to cancel a purchase within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. This can be done through eBay. Note: This does not apply to digital games once they have been downloaded.
